Some directory listings still show us open on Saturday. Those listings are out of date. We are closed Saturday and Sunday, and have been for as long as the hours above have been current.
There is no online booking system and no service advisor answering the phone from another building. You come in, you get in the queue in the order you arrived, and someone at the counter tells you what the car needs. Most jobs get worked the same day, in the order they walked through the door.
Calling ahead on (985) 876-5082 will not hold your place in that queue, so it will not get your truck seen any faster than driving over does. What it is good for is a specific tire size. If you tell us the size before you make the trip, we can check whether it is already on the shelf in the showroom, so you are not driving to St Charles Street on a guess.
The building itself has looked like a tire shop since long before the current owners painted it, and the fascia across the front still carries the same words it always has. If the photo above looks a little dated, that is because it is an older shot of the shop, not a different location. The address above is the only one that is current, and it is the one the map below points to.
